How to get starting using your Justick
Getting your first Justick Board is an exciting time in anyone’s life! Unboxing your first Justick is like a women unboxing her first little blue Tiffany’s box; just to give you an idea of the feeling ladies! So you get your first Justick Board home or it gets delivered to your doorstep – but now what?
Justick Boards are very simple, easy and quick to set up. But to help all you first time users out, we’ve put this quick guide together to help you get started using your Justick so you'll be Justickin' like a pro in no time!
Decide on where to display or hang your Justick Board. You must firstly decide how you want to use your Justick which will inevitably lead you to knowing where exactly it should be put. Will it be used as a family planner? Then in the kitchen it goes! Or as a personal schedule? Then hang it over your work station! Or maybe it will be used as a Classroom collaboration tool if you’re a teacher – so find a space in the classroom where you and the students can easily interact and write on the board for optimal usage.
Hang your Justick. Included in your Justick packaging box will be brackets and screws to easily mount your Justick on the wall.
Decide how you are going to power your Justick Board. You have two options here – use 4 x AA batteries (not included with the Justick) or buy a separate AC Adapter here. Powered by batteries, a Justick can last for 9 months or if your Justick will be used for ongoing long periods of time, such as in a retail or classroom environment, the Adapter is a good option to consider.
Now that your Justick is hanging and powered up, you can put it to work! We have many free downloaded templates available to get you started on our website, or you can get creative with some paper and cardboard and make your own! The unique Electro Adhesion Technology means you don’t need any fiddly pins, magnets, tape or glue to create and display templates, photos or schedules! Just place the items on the board and watch the Justick technology work its magic (well, static).
